Braithwaite joined ClearOne in 2009 through the acquisition of NetStreams, and has previously served as the company's Senior Vice President of Technology. In his new role, he will lead ClearOne's long-term planning, including the formulation, development and implementation of revenue generating strategies and policies.

Braithwaite brings more than two decades of experience in the professional audio and consumer electronics industries. He currently serves as Chairman of the Consumer Electronics Association R10 working group technical committee, and is an active member in technology standard efforts.
