The EVERGREEN™ Operator Console is the ideal tool for controlling video conferences on the EVERGREEN™ Cedar, Cypress, and Sequoia platforms. Available through either a workstation (xOC) or web client (xWOC), the simple, yet powerful application allows operators to create, schedule, store, and manage unattended and attended conferences. Intuitively designed to streamline conference control, operators will quickly learn and master this dynamic application.
• Effortless Conference Creation: While a new progressive conference only requires a name to be created, operators can also specify the duration, connection profile, continuous presence layout, and more. These settings can be adjusted at any time - without interrupting the call.
• Expansive Continuous Presence Options: Operators have access to 44 different video mixing options for continuous presence to show up to 20 individual video endpoints simultaneously. The self-view option enables each endpoint to see their own video feed as part of the display (if permitted by their own equipment and configuration).
• Managing Endpoints: Once a conference is active, operators are able to add endpoints and answer calls for the conference. They can then manage conference endpoints throughout the call.
• Convenient Directories: Shared among all EVERGREEN management applications and user interfaces, a variety of directories provide quick access to information that will need to be retrieved again and again. Operators can easily add endpoints to the Contacts list or define how incoming calls are handled via the Services directory.
• Built in Diagnostic Tools: Always available at the main screen, the System State Monitor window displays conference state changes, conference creations and deletions, endpoint state changes, and network messages.
• Alerts and Alarms: To assist in troubleshooting, operators are immediately informed of system alarms on-screen. The system can also be configured to play distinct audio signals that alert the operator to various system events.
