The Global Operator (GO) extends operator visibility and control across multiple CONTEX Summit® or Summit Olympus® platforms, simultaneously. Now, operators can manage conferences, interact with participants, and monitor calls on any system throughout your widespread pool of ports.

The GO provides your operators control over port resources at an unprecedented scale. A single GO station can connect up to 10 systems at a time via TCP/IP. 

Merged Conferences: Conferences that span multiple systems are easily controlled from the GO. Operators manage all conferees in a single conference listing.

Multi-Bridge Q&A: With the GO, operators can facilitate Q&A sessions across several platforms. Participants join the queue seamlessly, regardless of their system distribution.

Expanding Coverage: An operator station can support up to five instances of the GO. This means a single operator can access resources across 50 systems at once.
